Ground Shipping Promo ($10.99 Free with purchases over $100):
Ship any number of items to any of the lower 48 states (Continental US) for $10.99 (Free with orders over $100). Offer includes most oversized items and antennas that are eight feet or less. Excludes extremely large items that are clearly marked as special order/freight truck only. Shipping transit time will be 1-6 business days. We may use UPS, FedEx, or USPS shipping services at our discretion. Must select Ground shipping option during checkout.
Two Day Shipping Promo ($24.99 Free with purchases over $200):
Ship any number of items for a single $24.99 (Free with orders over $200) charge. Order will be delivered within two business days. Saturday, Sunday, and holidays do not count as transit days and items are not typically delivered on these days. The day of shipment does not count as a transit day (i.e. an order shipped on Monday will be delivered by end of day Wednesday with two day shipping). Offer is valid in the continental US (lower 48 states) only. Offer does not include Alaska, Hawaii, special order items, freight truck items, orders over 30 lbs, or oversized items. Oversized items include 8 foot or longer antennas, bow thrusters, radomes, array radars, life rafts, Raritan toilets/hotwater heaters, satellites, winches, and windlasses. Items may be shipped via UPS, USPS or FedEx at our discretion.

Return Policy
High Tide Supply, LLC provides a 30-day return window from the date of shipment. This policy excludes certain items such as open software, mapping or chart data cards, programmed AIS units, trolling motors, special orders, and goods requiring freight truck delivery; these are ineligible for return, refund, or exchange. While shipping fees are non-refundable, approved returns will be resolved through merchandise exchange, non-transferable credit, a refund to the original payment method, or another appropriate remedy determined by the company. To initiate the process, customers must email info@hightide.supply to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is typically issued with instructions within 1 to 3 business days.
Defective Items
If an item is found to be defective, a prepaid shipping label may be issued once the manufacturer confirms the defect and authorizes a replacement. Customers are required to contact the manufacturer's technical support first and provide the technician's name, the product serial number, and a description of the fault to receive return instructions.
Non-Defective Items
Eligible non-defective merchandise may be returned for a refund of the purchase price, excluding original shipping costs. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify. Returns will be rejected if they show signs of use, have missing parts or UPC codes, or if serial numbers do not match company records. The customer is responsible for return shipping expenses and is encouraged to use trackable services or insurance, as High Tide Supply, LLC is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
Cancellations, Damage, and Refusals
Because online orders are processed immediately, they cannot be cancelled; customers must receive the item before starting a return. Any claims regarding shipping damage, missing items, or non-delivery must be submitted within seven (7) days. Customers bear all costs for refused or "return to sender" shipments, including carrier and freight fees. We reserve the right to deny returns that are sent COD, lack authorization, show undisclosed use, or have missing components and mismatched serial numbers. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in a refused return or the application of additional conditions.
